Full Payment - Due by June 1, 2013 (receives a 2% discount)

2 Payment Plan – Due by June 1, 2013 and November 1, 2013

10 Payment Plan due on the 5th of the Month – May 5, 2013 – February 5, 2014

10 Payment Plan due on the 20th of the Month – May 20, 2013 – February 20, 2014
