Policies
  1. All tuition contracts are payable in ten months. Tuition must be pre-paid, paid in two installments, or paid by bank draft (FACTS) over ten months beginning in May.

  2. The first payment will be due in May 2010 and the last payment will be paid in February 2011.

  3. Tuition contracts constitute a commitment for the entire year and are non-refundable unless a family moves outside a 50 mile radius of the school.

  4. If you have additional children at LCCS, the oldest child is considered the first child for the purpose of calculating tuition.

  5. Fees are non-refundable.

Payment Options

Contracted tuition amounts may be prepaid by June 1, 2010 with a 2% discount.

All other contracts will be paid via FACTS Tuition Management in accordance with their contract and as described above.
 

Tuition Assistance

Needs assessment for tuition assistance will again be facilitated via FACTS for the 2010-2011 school year. Your completed application forms must be received in order to apply for tuition assistance. Returning families are given precedence over new families. Deadline for submitting FACTS Needs Assessment documents in order to be included in the initial allocation is March 26, 2010. Tuition payments are made over ten months and begin in May 2010.

General Use Fee

The General Use/Activity Fee covers the following:

  • Art supplies
  • Classroom instructional materials
  • Computer lab fees
  • Library fees
  • Nursing supplies
  • Science lab materials

  • Teacher appreciation
  • Standardized testing
  • Textbooks
  • Yearbook
  • Musicals
  • Concerts
  • Athletic fees
  • Additional Fees

    (An opportunity to add additional fee items to and prorate them over the 10 month tuition contract will be made available to middle and high school families prior to the contract deadline.)

    Students may incur additional fees including but not limited to:

    • Clubs (4-H Club, Chess Club, YMCA Youth and Government)
    • Extra Field Trips
    • Retreats
    • Overnight trips (ex. Middle School trip to Washington, D.C.)
    • Mission Trips
    • Private music instruction
    • Summer or off-season athletic leagues
