Parents of students in grades K-5 receive a progress report at the end of the first four weeks of school describing the student's achievement at the beginning of the year. After that time, progress reports are only sent home at the end of the third and sixth weeks of each quarter if a student has an academic grade below 80 or the progress report shows a "N" for Needs Improvement or "U" for Unsatisfactory in the conduct section.
