 Coach McLeod will begin the 2010-11 school year as the new Athletic Director and Varsity Boy's Basketball Coach at Lake Country Christian School. In this role he will provide leadership and vision to all middle school and high school athletic programs. Coach McLeod came to LCCS from Faith Academy (Victoria, Texas) where he served as the Director of Athletics and Extracurricular Activities for 3 1/2 years. While he was there, the focus was on increasing participation and overall excellence as student participation grew to 95% across all extracurricular activities, and 74% of the team sports advanced the state playoffs. Coach McLeod guided the school's boy's basketball team to 80 wins, three district titles, and a pair of Regional Finals appearances during his three years as head coach. He was also a two-time TAPPS All-Star coach and was named the 2007-08 Texas Association of Basketball Coaches Outstanding Coach of the Year (Small Private School Division).
