The following guidelines will be used for missions applicants by the Missions Coordinator and the Trip Leaders.  You will be evaluated on the following items for consideration for each trip:

• Age  *More of a factor for some trips than others

• Physical Condition  *More of a factor for some trips than others

• Spiritual measurement-Spiritual maturity is difficult (if not impossible) to measure.  A specific degree of spiritual maturity is not required for any trip, but there should be evidence of a walk with the Lord and of a desire to walk with the Lord.

• Ability to work well within group of peers

• Ability to respond appropriately to the leaders of the trip for which you are applying

• Faculty recommendations

• All new students must have a letter of recommendation from a youth pastor or pastor from the church in which they are active.

• Commitment to team…this includes attendance at team morning meetings.  Because of the importance of building team unity, 3 absences may result in removal from the trip.
