High School Student Life
As you progress through your educational experience, life at Lake Country Christian School is motivational, encouraging, guided, and supported by all faculty and staff members.
Whether you are a new student or an returning classmate, we believe that there is a place for everyone here. There are a variety of ways to get involved on campus. This is a great place to start!
Student’s can participate in the Fine Arts, Athletics, The House System, Missions,Youth and Government, Community Service,4-H, Chess Club, and Student Council.
Activities and Athletics
In addition, co-curricular activities include National Honor Society and academic and art competitions through the Association of Christian School International (ACSI), Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS), and Spanish Club.
The Fine Arts Department faculty members are highly qualified in their fields. They produce a Broadway musical and a play each year. The band and choir win numerous awards annually. Individuals also win recognition, including All-State instrumentalists and vocalists.
LCCS has a complete varsity athletic program with competition through TAPPS.
