Paul Martin, Director of Bands, was the TPSMEA Middle School Honor Band Coordinator this past weekend. The event allowed for 86 students across the state to participate and enjoy a full weekend of music and learning. The students rehearsed 9 hours across two days and performed a fabulous concert at the newly built performing arts center at Greenhill School in Addison.
LCCS was well represented. 16 LCCS students made the MS Honor Band back in January. 14 students were able to make the weekend trip to participate. It was an honor to have a fun weekend at Top Golf and learn some new music at the event in Addison. We are extremely proud of these kids who also set a new school record for participants!
