LCCS Tennis had another outstanding year winning District and State Titles. Our boys team were District Champs again, and we had several Eagles advance to the State Tournament based on their performance at District. Bobby Clark won first in Boys Singles, and Liam Wedge took second place. Xander Clark and Evan Schoeplein won first in Doubles, and Luke Light and Luke Matheus qualified as alternates. On the Girls team, Lauren Clark and Stella Boone placed 6th in Girls Doubles, Madison Heath placed 5th in Singles, and Allie Jones and Katrina Sharpe qualified as alternates.
At the State Tournament in Waco, the boys brought home the State Title for the third year in a row! The TAPPS 4A Boys State Champions include Xander Clark and Evan Schoeplein, the Boys Doubles State Champs; Bobby Clark, the Boys Singles State Champ; and Liam Wedge, 3rd place in Boys Singles.
